Angela Postulka (born in Berlin in 1959) has lived in Schwerin, Northern Germany as a musician since 1959. She is married and has two adult children.
She has been a student of Udaka Kanromon (later Jiun Roshi) since attending a Zen weekend with her in 1998. In May 2025, she was ordained as a Zen teacher by Jiun Roshi with the name Jifu, meaning all-pervading compassion.
She shares her Zen experience in the Schwerin Zen group.
